Cellulose Acetate Sheets area specialized multicolour sheet manufactured from Biopolymer Cellulose Acetate (CA) Granules, using a unique proprietary technology employing either multilayer extrusion or block process. In multilayer extrusion, different coloured CA Granules are melted in separate extruders and combined in a predetermined manner in the extrusion die to form a continuous multilayer/multicolour sheet of specific thickness and width, which is polished, cooled and cut to the desired length. In the block process, different coloured pieces of CA granules of different colours and shapes are arranged together in predetermined manner in a press and fused together under heat and pressure to form a solid block. Cellulose Acetate (CA) Granules are a recyclable performance biopolymer with a unique combination of mechanical properties, chemical resistance and transparency, which are manufactured from Cellulose Acetate (CA) Flake. The basic raw material for CA Flakes is Cellulose, a natural biochain structure derived from wood pulp and cotton linters, which is modified with Acetic Acid to make the biopolymer.

Extruded grade from more economical inputs to give good of transparency and polish in the final product. CX is suited for manufacturing cost effective optical frames and is offered in a range of 1-2 colour patterns.

Extruded grade made from selected inputs to give good of transparency and polish in the final product. CMB is specially suited for manufacturing hand cut combs.
